If you’ve spent any amount of time with me in the last several months, you probably know of my bizarre love of Fancy by Iggy Azalea. I tend to wake up with it stuck in my head at least twice a week so I finally got around to making myself a background for my phone and computer that used some of the lyrics.
If anyone wants a copy, feel free to download. The 2880 x 1800 should fit most desktops and the 1536 x 2048 is sized for the iPad Air but will scale down to fit an iPhone 5 without any problems – it’s what I’m currently using on my phone and iPad and it fits both just fine. However, if anyone needs a different size, feel free to comment below and I’ll update this post with additional sizes if needed.
Click on the “download now” button to open the full size image, right click and select “save file as..” Save the image to a location that you can easily find. I keep all of my wallpapers in a specific folder on my hard drive so that I don’t have to guess where I saved it to.
For mobile devices, you can save the image to your computer and send it to yourself or go to this post from your phone or tablet and save the image from there.
To set the saved image as your desktop background:
For Mac users – Select “System Preferences” from the Apple Menu. Click “Desktop & Screen Saver.” In that window, find where you saved your newly created Desktop Background and click on the image.
For Windows – Right-click your desktop and choose “Personalize.” Select “Desktop Background” from the windows bottom left. Select the image you downloaded for the background. Click the “Save Changes” button.
To set the saved image as your mobile device background:
For iOS users – Locate the picture in your photo stream then tap the icon in the lower left corner that looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of the top. Tap “Use As Wallpaper” then position the wallpaper on the screen however you like and tap “Set Lock Screen” “Set Home Screen” or “Set Both” depending on which screen you want to use it on.
For Android users – I actually don’t have an Android device so I’m not 100% sure how to set the image as your background but you should be able to follow these instructions.
