Holy blogger burnout, Batman. I haven’t felt like doing much of anything blog related the last week or two. Realistically, it’s because I’m seeing a new doctor and he massively changed the doses of my depression and ADHD meds so I’m still adjusting to them but it makes me feel like the laziest person ever.
Anyway! Since I’ve failed to actually complete any projects, I figured I’d share a printable that was mentioned briefly in my planner tour video: the bill pay checklist. This is just a single A5/8.5″x5.5″ page that has all of the months filled in and gives you columns to fill in up to 12 different monthly bills. There is also a section at the bottom of each month to fill in your yearly totals for each bill if you’re into that kind of detailed tracking.
This particular printable is meant to be printed single sided on 5.5″ x 8.5″ paper in landscape mode. As with all of my printables, they will fit A5 Filofaxes, junior sized Arc planners, and any other half letter sized planner (Franklin Covey, Day Timer, etc). You can print them on any 5.5″ x 8.5″ paper, just make sure your settings are set to “Print actual size.”
After spending the last hour or so looking at this I noticed that the boxes are rather small to write more than numbers in so if you want to print this with the names of your bills filled out, you can open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat Readers Fill & Sign tool to enter your info. If you want it to match the layout, the fonts used are Avenir Next Condensed Regular for the months and 1942 Report for the headline.
